KRAFTON ID: CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD

CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESS 

To change the email address associated with your Krafton ID, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
2. Go to the “Personal Info” tab
3. Beside “Email”, click “Change” 
4. Enter your new email address and your current password 
5. Click “Save changes”
6. You will receive an email (on the new address) to verify your Email Address Change request. 

CHANGING PASSWORD

To change the password of your Krafton ID, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://accounts.krafton.com/login
2. Go to the “Personal Info” tab
3. Beside “Password”, click “Change” 
4. Enter your current Krafton ID password 
5. Enter your new password. 

If you no longer remember your old password, click on “Click here to reset your account password.” A link will be sent to your email address. Click on the link and enter your new password.
