[Notice] Hi-Fi RUSH – Service Transfer to KRAFTON

Hello,
We would like to inform you that Hi-Fi RUSH will be transferring its publishing and support services from Bethesda Softworks / ZeniMax to KRAFTON on November 14, 2025 (Thursday).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. Will my existing game data be retained after the transfer?
A. Yes. All save data, purchases, DLC, and achievements will remain intact.

Q2. Do I need to reinstall the game?
A. No. You can continue using the existing installation.
However, an automatic update may occur the first time you launch the game after the transfer.

Q3. Will there be any changes to DLC or additional content?
A. No. All DLC, soundtracks, and additional content purchased through Steam, Epic, PlayStation, Xbox will remain available after the transfer.

Q4. Where should I contact for customer support?

Q5. Will my language or region settings change?
A. No. Your current language (Korean, English, Japanese, etc.) and region settings will remain the same.

Q6. How will future updates and events be managed?
A. After the transfer, KRAFTON will serve as the publisher and handle all game updates, maintenance, and future events.
Information regarding updates and events will be shared via KRAFTON’s official channels.

Q7. Where should I request a refund or billing assistance?
A.Payments before November 13, 2025: Bethesda Customer SupportPayments after November 14, 2025: https://support.krafton.com/
(Refunds for Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and Xbox will be processed through each platform's customer service center.)

Q8. I get a network error when clicking on “Bethesda.net” in the menu.
A. The Bethesda.net connection feature in Hi-Fi RUSH has been disabled.

Q9. What happens to my game now that Bethesda is no longer the publisher?
A. You can continue to play Hi-Fi RUSH on your existing Steam, Epic, PlayStation, and Xbox account without any issues.

Q10. Will my save data or achievements be affected by the publisher change?
A. No. Your save data and achievements will remain unaffected.

Q11. I’m playing Hi-Fi RUSH through Game Pass. Will this change affect me?
A. No. Players who own the game through Game Pass can continue to play without interruption.
However, you may encounter an error message when attempting to connect to Bethesda.net within the game.

Q12. What happens if I don’t install the December 4 update?
A. To ensure smooth gameplay, we recommend installing the December 4 update.
Failure to update may result in certain features not functioning properly.
