If the issue persists after restarting, please follow the steps below to attach the log file to a Help Center support inquiry.

1. Enter the following path into the address bar of File Explorer to navigate to the folder.
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Zeta\Saved\Logs

2. Attach the log file from the Logs folder to your support inquiry along with the time the issue occurred.
