A Ballast must be captured and activated before a Prism can be deposited.
1. Enter the capture zone of a Ballast while carrying a Prism to begin capturing.
2. Once capture is complete, the Ballast is activated and Prism deposit becomes available.
3. If another team enters the capture zone during the process, capturing is temporarily interrupted.
4. After a Prism has been deposited, the Ballast becomes inactive for a set period and cannot be captured.
