If Hi-Fi RUSH does not start after pressing the Play button,
please first ensure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the game.
If your system meets the requirements but the game still doesn’t launch,
follow the troubleshooting steps below in order.
Troubleshooting Steps

Update your graphics card drivers.

Run Hi-Fi RUSH as an Administrator.
Right-click the executable file → Select “Run as Administrator.”

Verify the integrity of game files.
Unplug any connected controllers before launching the game.

Check your antivirus settings.
Ensure Hi-Fi RUSH and Steam/Epic Games Launcher are added to the Exclusion List.
Run Hi-Fi RUSH in Compatibility Mode.
Set your primary GPU and power settings to High Performance Mode.

Install the latest version of DirectX.

Restart your PC in Clean Boot Mode.
This minimizes background programs and prevents software conflicts.
