Troubleshooting Game Crashes on Xbox

If Hi-Fi RUSH suddenly closes or crashes while playing on your Xbox console,
please try the following steps in order.

 

1. Restart the Game

  1. Press the [Xbox button] on your controller to return to the Home screen.

  2. Press the [Menu button (≡)], select [Quit], and press [A] to close Hi-Fi RUSH.

  3. From the Home screen, select Hi-Fi RUSH again and press [A] to relaunch.

 

2. Power Cycle the Console

  1. Press and hold the [Xbox button] on the front of the console for about 10 seconds to turn it off completely.

  2. Unplug the console’s power cable and wait for 10 seconds.

  3. Plug the cable back in and press the [Xbox button] again to turn it on.

This will clear the temporary cache and may resolve memory-related issues.

 

3. Uninstall and Reinstall the Game

  1. Go to [My Games & Apps] on your Xbox.

  2. Select Hi-Fi RUSH, then choose [Manage Game].

  3. Do not delete your save files—only uninstall the game application.

  4. After uninstallation, reinstall the game from your Library or Disc.

 

4. Launch the Game Offline

If the issue persists, disconnect your console from the internet and launch the game in Offline Mode.
This can help bypass temporary sync or connection issues.
