If Hi-Fi RUSH has no sound or distorted audio,
unnecessary peripheral devices or background programs may be interfering with audio output.
Follow the steps below to check your setup.
1. Disconnect Additional Peripheral Devices
Connected peripheral devices can interfere with your audio configuration.
Disconnect any devices not needed for gameplay (e.g., smartphones, cameras, audio capture devices).
Multiple connected USB audio devices may cause Windows to select the wrong default output device.
2. Close Background Programs
Other running applications can interfere with Hi-Fi RUSH’s audio output or performance.
Follow these steps to close unnecessary programs:
Right-click the Taskbar and select [Task Manager].
Click the [Applications] tab to view running programs.
Select any Running applications not related to Hi-Fi RUSH.
Click [End Task] to close them.
