In some PC environments, Hi-Fi RUSH may display the error “LowLevelFatalError [File Unknown] [Line: 684]” during gameplay.
This issue can occur when the dedicated graphics card (GPU) is not being properly recognized by the system.

1. Check Primary GPU Settings

This error may occur when the game runs using the integrated GPU instead of the dedicated GPU.
Please follow the instructions below to configure your GPU settings properly.

  • How to set up NVIDIA GPU awareness
    • Run NVIDIA Control Panel: Right-click on the desktop and select 'NVIDIA Control Panel'.
    • Move graphic options: In the left menu, click 'Manage 3D Settings' → 'Change Advanced 3D Settings'.
    • GPU selection: Select the NVIDIA GPU in use under 'Graphics selection' and change 'OpenGL Rendering CPU' to NVIDIA GPU as well.
    • Driver Update: Make sure all drivers are up to date, and update them on the official site if necessary.
  • How to set up AMD GPU awareness
    • Run AMD Radeon Software: Run 'AMD Radeon Software' on your desktop.
    • Graphics Settings: Select the GPU you want under 'Settings' → 'Graphics', or check the BIOS version under 'Hardware Information'.
    • Game Registration: Some games need to be registered directly with AMD software to be recognized. Adding games in "Game Management" may improve awareness.

2. Update Your Graphics Card Drivers

Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date by downloading the latest versions from the official manufacturer websites:

3. Restart Your PC

After updating your drivers or changing GPU settings, restart your PC to ensure all changes are properly applied.

4. Disable Overlay Features

Some overlay programs may interfere with the game and cause this error.
Please disable the following overlays before launching the game:

  • Steam Overlay
