If you have encountered any crashing or performance issues, please contact our Support and provide us with the player log. We will investigate the issue and try to fix it asap.

How to extract player log (PC only)

  • Player logs located at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Moonbreaker\Player.log
    • Copy this path and paste it into the File Explorer path (%USERPROFILE% is not accessible as a folder on your PC, it's a shortcut)
    • Save TXT file with the log and add it as an attachment to the Moonbreaker Support ticket.
